Four fields farm
Four Fields farm is a great piece of land that has been farmed since the old farmhouse was first built around 1790, and is now under the current ownership since 2015. It’s owned by a great husband and wife team, Ryan and Liz who both share a love and passion for raising animals and it shows. They supply pork, lamb, and chicken products while also being great mushroom growers. They also supply the area with great pasture raised chicken eggs which we use for our pasta dough!

Primordia farm is a great family owned mushroom farm located in the Blue Ridge mountains of Eastern PA. They use their vast knowledge of mushroom growing and fermentation to grow a diverse array of quality mushrooms indoors year round and they do forage as well. We use their awesome shitake mushrooms in our mushroom and shallot caramelle pasta.
